Cinnamon Pecan Coffee Cake

2 cups Yelton's Best Biscuit Mix
1 cup milk
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg, beaten

Topping:

1/4 cup Yelton's Best Biscuit Mix
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup margarine
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup brown sugar

Prepare topping by combining mix, sugar, and cinnamon. Cut in margarine. Heat oven to 400°. Grease tube cake pan or 9 inch pan. Combine biscuit mix and sugar. Add milk, egg and vanilla. Spoon half of batter into prepared pan and sprinkle with half of topping. Pour remaining batter in pan and add other topping. Bake 25 minutes. Make powdered sugar glaze to use over warm cake; 1 cup sifted confectioners sugar with 1-2 tablespoons milk. Serves 8 -10.
