Peanut Butter Cookies

3/4 cup margarine
1 cup Yelton's Best Self-Rising corn meal
1 cup brown sugar 
1 egg 
1 cup Yelton's Best Self-Rising Flour
1 teaspoon almond flavoring  
1 cup peanut butter

Heat oven to 375°. Grease baking sheet. Cream butter and sugar. Add egg, and beat well. Stir in dry ingredients then add peanut butter and flavoring. Drop by teaspoons onto prepared pan. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Makes 3 dozen cookies.
