2 cups Yelton's Best Biscuit Mix
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheese
2/3 cup milk
6 slices crisp bacon, crumbled or 1/2 cup bacon bits
Heat oven to 450°. Add cheese and bacon to biscuit mix. Stir in milk to make soft dough. Knead on floured surface and roll thin to make 10 x 6 inch rectangle. Cut in six 10 inch strips. Cut each strip in thirds crosswise. Dip in melted margarine and place on baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes. Yields 18 bars.
